I know I am a couple days late, but I would like to congratulate Jamaica's under 17 team for qualifying for the under 17 World Cup in Mexico. Jamaica brushed aside Honduras 2-1 in qualifying for the World Cup.


While writing this article Jamaica was playing the US in the semi-finals of the qualifiers. Unfortunately, Jamaica was down 2-0 with 3 minutes to go.


With that said, we shall see Jamaica in the under-17 World Cup in Mexico in a couple months and it will be a great  feeling. Once again sports continues to lift Jamaica from the negativity that exist on a day to day basis.
