give me the courage to do what I must do,
when fear approaches my door,
let me never despair,

there I things I must change,
let me never lose hope in you,

there are people that love me,
let me never take their hearts for granted,
make my words true,
make boldness my flag,
waved in the stormy breeze,


Lord,
I seek humbleness,
even when I am shattered and broken,
let me never regress to who I was,
when you rescued me,


Lord,
when I stare into the heavens,
let my thoughts be on you,
may my eyes be drained clean,


Lord,
as I travel this life,
may I think on only you,
may the world see you through me,
may the love I have be true,
so that others will believe.
