It's better late than never. I have been so busy, but I could not miss the fact that the Hon Usain Bolt won the IAAF World Athlete of the Year award. This is the second time that Bolt is winning the award. There was no doubt that Bolt would have won the award, as his performances this year were totally astonishing. Bolt broke the 100 and 200 meters world records again, having broken them in 2008 at the Beijing Olympics. He truly deserves all the accolades he has gotten and this just tops it off. Congrat Usain, you continue to raise the Jamaican flag high...
