Thoughts trapped inside,
waiting to escape,
prying the mind,
words seem silly,
is there a point to this all,

Hiding behind emotions,
love trapped inside,
shyness approaching,
wisdom is gone,
when will this end,

Fears all abound,
feelings exploding,
guilt trapped inside,
tears fill the eyelids,
what else is in store,

Sorrow in sight,
no one to lean on,
no one to talk to,
the morrow is unsure,
is there an answer,
pray for the sunshine,
heartache trapped inside...
