What is clear though, is that the DOW and oil prices have been on the move. The DOW cleared 9200 points last week, and it set to continue its upward rise. Oil is now trading above $71..meaning that, wait for it....your gas bill is about to go up again. With the high unemployment rates worldwide, OPEC has not had any mercy in raising oil prices by increasing their supplies, this under the alleged illusion that the world economy is on the turnaround.
